About the Role

At Vance, we’re on a mission to revolutionize the user experience in the fintech space. We are looking for a highly skilled SEO/ASO Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a hands-on expert who can execute strategies end-to-end to improve organic traffic, rankings, and app visibility.

What You’ll Own

• SEO:
  • Keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • On-page and off-page SEO strategies, including link building and content creation.
  • Monitoring and analyzing site performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Technical SEO support, including crawling, indexing, XML sitemap generation, and schema markup.
  • Performance reporting and data-driven optimization recommendations.
• ASO:
  • Optimization of app store listings (Google Play Store and Apple App Store).
  • Tracking and optimization of relevant keywords, rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Creation and testing of app descriptions, titles, screenshots, and visual assets.
  • Monitoring and responding to user reviews and ratings to improve app store ratings.
  • Strategy development and implementation to boost app rankings and visibility.

What You’ll Do

• Enhance organic traffic and app store rankings through effective SEO and ASO strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO and ASO best practices.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on SEO and ASO performance.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to achieve growth targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and maximize effectiveness.

What We Need

• Experience: 3 to 6 years in SEO/ASO, preferably in consumer tech or fintech.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/ASO best practices and tools.
  • Proven experience in boosting organic traffic and app store rankings.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to content creation and optimization.
  • Experience with on-page and off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
  • Knowledge of app store optimization for Android and iOS platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred Background:
  • Experience in B2C environments, especially fintech.
  • Experience in agency or startup settings is highly desirable.
