With this agreement, Amagi expands its footprint in Europe, by bringing together Tellyo's product development centre in Poland and Amagi's technology centres in India and Croatia, Amagi expects to drive cloud innovation in the region in an accelerated manner.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive design strategies that align with business goals and enhance the overall user experience to join our team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in creating user interfaces.
• High level of proficiency in Figma.
• Expertise in working with design systems.
• Adopt a solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on Human-Centered Design principles.
• Leveraging data analytics and user feedback to guide and enhance design decisions, ensuring that the user experience remains engaging and user-friendly.
• Familiarity with user research tools and various product analytics platforms.
• Ability to initiate new projects from the ground up as well as integrate into existing projects, ensuring seamless continuity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate and present design ideas effectively, with the ability to easily communicate with colleagues in English.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Engineers, and QA Professionals throughout all stages of the design process, including initial analysis, user research, sketches, prototyping and concept development.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and actively contribute to fostering a positive design culture.

Nice To Have Skills And Experience:

• Experience designing tools for video and audio editing.
• Familiarity with tracking systems such as Jira.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (CC).
