As an AI Business Developer in Visma, you will be responsible for converting market opportunities into executable strategies that generate AI-driven revenue and strengthen Visma's long-term market position. You will join the central AI Strategy and Enablement team, report directly to the AI Director, and work with our partners in Microsoft, Google, and AWS.

What does an AI Business Developer do in Visma?

A cornerstone of Visma's strategy is to stay ahead of market trends and customer expectations, particularly in the rapidly evolving AI landscape. You will significantly contribute to this success by

• Staying up-to-date with the latest AI trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks, ensuring Visma stays ahead in the market
• Working alongside Visma companies to develop and scale AI strategies
• Building and nurturing relationships with key AI vendors to ensure Visma has access to competitive, innovative, and compliant Generative AI solutions
• Promoting AI adoption within Visma through events, networks, and engagements with internal stakeholders to share knowledge and best practices
• Gathering and analyzing data to monitor the progress of AI initiatives and ensuring that group-wide strategies are backed by solid metrics

Depending on your strengths and interests, certain responsibilities may be prioritized, and there may be opportunities to take on new, emerging tasks as the role evolves. You will be a part of a team with shared goals.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a curious and visionary business developer with an understanding of the AI market and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic initiatives. You need to demonstrate an interest in the most recent AI developments and a motivation for exploring completely new ways of creating value for SaaS customers.

We believe that you will be most successful in this role if you can tick some of these boxes:

• Strong interest in AI, recent AI developments and the implications for society
• Experience with business development in the SaaS industry, preferably within AI
• Proven experience in conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies
• Experience in managing strategic partnerships with technology vendors is a plus
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable business strategies
• You are required to be fluent in written and spoken English.
