Paid Social Specialist

Medier is seeking a motivated and experienced Paid Social Specialist to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others;

• Develop and implement creative ad campaigns that align with the entertainment industry and our brand's identity;

• Set and manage advertising budgets while ensuring maximum ROI and cost-efficiency;

• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of paid social campaigns;

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge;

• Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to achieve desired results;

• Keep abreast of competitor strategies and industry benchmarks.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in paid social advertising, preferably within the igaming industry;
• Proven expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns;
• Proficiency in using ad management tools and analytics platforms;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions;
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging ad content;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is a plus.
