Sr. Manager of Business Intelligence and Analytics

The Sr. Manager of Business Intelligence and Analytics will be responsible for leading and managing our business intelligence initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the Business Intelligence team to develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into BI requirements and solutions.
• Design and implement dashboards to provide actionable insights for our sales and marketing teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data governance and quality standards.
• Develop new metrics to better measure the performance of the business.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BI technologies and trends to ensure the company utilizes the best tools and practices.
• Train and support staff on the use of BI tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Manage BI projects, including resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BI team.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence and/or Analytics Manager or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with database management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building executive-level dashboards and full-funnel reporting.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business intelligence.
