Part Time Paralegal

Salary: P400 – P520 (per hour; 4 hours per day)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years of experience as an estate planning paralegal in a US law firm.
• Strong proficiency in WealthCounsel software and MyCase practice management software.
• Drafting experience with WealthCounsel, both WealthDocs and BusinessDocs preferred, Wealthdocs a must.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
• Familiarity with current estate planning laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• JD degree is preferred, and candidates with a JD are encouraged to apply.

What will you do?

• Drafting Documents: Prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents using WealthCounsel platform.
• Estate Planning: Collaborate with attorneys to assess clients' estate planning needs and provide recommendations, including the establishment of trusts, asset protection strategies, and healthcare directives.
