About the Role
- Synapse is Zeta’s digital banking experience team, building modern banking consumer experiences for banks and credit unions atop Zeta’s Tachyon. Synapse offers a pre-integrated, fully compliant, out-of-the-box digital experience stack for banks and credit unions.
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Implementation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing AI solutions within the AWS Connect and AWS Lex environment. This role is pivotal in enhancing our customer interaction and support capabilities through innovative AI technologies.
What would you do here
- Design, develop, and implement AI solutions in the AWS Contact Center.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features and functionalities.
- Ensure seamless deployment of AI applications, including chatbots and voice recognition systems.
- Conduct regular system checks and updates to maintain optimal performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support in AI-related issues within the contact center.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies relevant to customer support services.
- Assist in training staff and stakeholders on new AI tools and features.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI implementations, providing regular reports and insights.
What are we looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI implementation, particularly in a customer support or contact center environment.
- Proficient in Python and other relevant programming languages.
- Strong experience with AWS services, specifically AWS Connect and AWS Lex Solid understanding of AI principles and applications in a business context.
- Demonstrated experience in AI project lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
