Coconut Software’s Sales Engineer is a high-energy technical consultant with a passion for helping customers solve their business pain points by leveraging industry-leading SaaS software. This role understands the goals and objectives of Enterprise Customers in Financial Services and how to apply Coconut’s product to help our customers drive digital transformation.

The Sales Engineer’s number one priority is the customer, acting as a subject matter expert while bringing credibility to the sales process as a consultative professional with a knack for simplifying the complex, problem solving, and focusing on achieving business objectives. This role bridges the gap between Sales and Engineering by combining a passion for technical knowledge and providing a white glove client facing experience. The Sales Engineer also collaborates closely with Account Executives and Customer Success managers and acts as the technical point of contact and key product advocate for our customers. This role is able to identify the right solution to our customer’s questions and easily communicate technical concepts to non-technical customers.
