About the role

The Marketo Specialist will be responsible for setting up email campaigns, events and nurture paths, sorting interaction data and delivering relevant reporting on activity and outcomes.

Our primary marketing automation tool is Adobe Marketo, and the successful candidate will be a digitally-savvy, quick learner with some experience of Marketo or similar marketing automation system.

Experience with sorting data on Excel is a prerequisite for applying for this role and experience with computer programming or coding would be a plus.

Although this is very much a marketing automation role, the successful candidate would work within a small marketing team, with lots of opportunities to hone other skills. This is a perfect role if you have marketing automation experience and you’re looking to expand and develop general marketing expertise. We manage a full slate of campaigns, events, websites, and digital outputs.

As we continue to grow and innovate, we’re looking for talented individuals to join us. Previous experience in the MedTech field is not necessary for this role. This is a full-time office-based role. Currently, we work three days in the office, two from home.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Being responsible for setting up email campaigns and delivering relevant reporting on activity and outcomes
  • Using Marketo to set up online campaigns, including registrations for webinars and other events, online courses and mailings.
  • Analysis of digital marketing campaigns and opportunities, based on customer data
  • Report on digital marketing campaign outcomes, website engagement and customer engagement
  • Uploading and managing content on a WordPress website
  • Work with third-party platforms to manage dataflow and implement targeted email and social media campaigns
  • Assist in developing digital marketing strategy, especially as it pertains to growing engagement from our campaigns

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Advanced Excel – particularly sorting of data
  • Adobe Marketo
  • Ability to manage and deliver projects to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Demonstrate initiative and solve problems independently

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Optional and beneficial: Experience with logic statements, programming or coding
  • Business-related, data or computer science degree an advantage
  • Strong general computer skills (including standard office apps such as MS Word, PPT)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment where no two days are the same
