We are seek ing a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support our financial health. The ideal candidate has strong accounting skills and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements.

  • Conduct variance analysis.

  • Assist in preparing financial reports.

  • Maintain and reconcile accounts.

  • Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closes.

  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.

  • Develop and monitor budgets.

  • Provide financial insights.

  • Prepare cash flow forecasts.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

  • Support external audits.

  • Implement internal controls.

  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable.

  • Ensure timely invoice processing and collections.

  • Manage aging reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in consumer goods or startups.
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks

$80,000 - $90,000 a year
