Domestic Delivery & Operations Manager

In this role, you will follow up on spend for projects within Domestic Tourism BU and ensure adherence to set budgets through the project lifecycle

You will be responsible for:

· Manage end to end project management cycle for all Domestic Tourism BU departments, from requirements definition through deployment.

· Support the delivery of projects in alignment with the targets, processes and procedures defined by PMO Support development of detailed scope, work plans, delivery schedules, budget estimations, and project risk mitigation plans to ensure timely and quality delivery

· Keep track of coordination between internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments

· Follow up on project progress updates to ensure that project teams are adhering to processes and requirements

· Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement

· Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures

Perform other activities as and when required.

You will need:

· Recommended not less than 6 years of experience in relevant field

· A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred

دعم تطوير نطاق مفصل، خطط العمل، جداول التسليم، تقديرات الميزانية، وخطط التخفيف من مخاطر المشروع لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب وبجودة عالية.

تتبع التنسيق بين الموارد الداخلية والخارجية، مع ضمان بقاء المشاريع ضمن النطاق والجدول الزمني والميزانيات المحددة، بالتعاون مع موظفي المشروع من مختلف الأقسام الوظيفية.

متابعة تحديثات تقدم المشروع لضمان التزام فرق المشروع بالعمليات والمتطلبات.

تحفيز الأرقاء والمساهمة في تحديد الفرص للتحسين المستمر للأنظمة والعمليات مع مراعاة الممارسات الرائدة والتغييرات في بيئة الأعمال وتقليل التكاليف وتحسين الإنتاجية.

إدارة وتوجيه ومساعدة التقارير المباشرة لأداء عملياتهم الوظيفية وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات المحددة.

أداء أنشطة أخرى حسب الحاجة.

متطلبات الوظيفة:

خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في المجال ذات الصلة.

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها مفضلة.
