A metallurgical engineering graduate (UG/ PG/ PhD) with about 5 years min to 10 years maximum experience in a Steel Mill, Metallurgical testing, validation, interpretation and analysis. Previous experience in a testing lab is preferred. Candidate should possess the following : 1. Knowledge of various testing standards like ASTM, BIS, DIN. 2. Knowledge of ISO 17025 quality system, documentation and implementation. 3. Good knowledge about steel making process, various steel grades , its application, Heat Treatment processes, Forging & Welding processes. 4. Good written and oral communication skills. 5.
