The Job

As a Quality Engineer, you’ll be part of our team located in Taichung. You’ll get to:

• Monitor workflows and processes, troubleshoot, and conducting risk assessments and developing risk management strategies.
• Establish and implement quality standards, optimize procedure, and update documents.
• Conducting quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as engineering and production, to address quality issues and implement solutions.
• Nonconformance analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Data collection, analysis and reporting.

• Familiar with APQP/FMEA/PPAP/SPC/MSA
• Proactive and highly stress resistant
• Good communication skill
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills (Toeic 700 or above)
• Experience in materials (plastic injection/machining/metal heat treatment/surface coating treatment) is preferred.
• Experience in supplier management is preferred.
