We have an exciting opportunity for a Global E-Commerce Manager to join Norgine.

Reporting directly to the Digital and eCommerce Director, you will have a critical role to transform and shape the future of Norgine, unlock the enormous potential that lies into omnichannel sales activation for our brands and make a real impact to the business and people’s lives.

You will lead the eCommerce strategy, transformation and executional excellence for Norgine Consumer Healthcare business unit, including the development and implementation of a clear roadmap, key growth drivers, best in class eCommerce capabilities as well as relevant go to market models to fully realise the sales and market share growth ambition.

Fluent English and German is required for this role.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Build the eCommerce priority Roadmap across Europe and Australia / New Zealand (with potential geo-expansion in the future) and key strategic markets for 2025-2028 strategic period, as well as size of prize and ability to enter and win into new online sales channels
  • Lead all efforts to achieve our eCommerce sales and market share ambition in a profitable way.
  • Ensure all eCommerce activities are compliant with internal and external healthcare regulatory rules across the different markets and regulations.
  • Manage the various sets of data to understand shopper needs, competitors online, size of prize and share of shelf.
  • Measure and report on sales and market share performance across channel, including media and creative performance
  • Integrate eCommerce operations and management inside the organisation (Logistics, Demand planning, financial performance, etc.)
  • Drive eCommerce profile and visibility within the business
  • Upskill teams in the markets and internal capabilities / tools selection to drive optimum performance
  • Develop best in class e-Commerce content and experiences across the various online sales models (Pure players, online Brick & Mortar, Online Pharmacy chains) with a view to maximize conversions to buy.
  • Centralise the development and implementation of the eCommerce operations where possible with global functions Digital, Marketing, Supply chain, Finance and IT teams
  • Lead and orchestrate partner agencies and local market brand leads to develop and implement our growth strategies via online sales channel prioritisation, 4P strategy, how to deliver the end to end eCommerce experience (digital and physical product) and transfer of best practices.
  • Lead the eCommerce innovation and AI tools for ongoing optimisation and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, eCommerce, Online Media, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Performance and results-oriented with a strong focus on driving business outcomes
  • Ability to drive significant change / transformation in the organization with speed and agility.
  • International experience essential with initial focus on Europe; working in multinational/complex environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Solid experience in eRetail advertisement, digital marketing, brand management, digital / ecommerce measurement & KPIs, management in a highly regulated environment (Healthcare)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable online sales and markets results.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative digital and eCommerce marketing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management and influence at all levels within the organisation
