💼 The Role

As an HR Business Partner within the Hawk-Eye Innovations Technology Function, you'll collaborate with managers and technologists at all levels to build people capability, enhance performance, and manage talent within our Engineering and Product Teams. Your HR expertise will be key in understanding our organization and its strategies, and you'll work with the wider HR team to translate this into effective organizational plans.
