Director of MSP Sales

As the Director of MSP Sales, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading, mentoring, and empowering a team of Partner Account Managers and Account Executives to achieve their goals while fostering collaboration and optimizing partnership effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Partner Account Managers (PAM) team to develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued partners, driving mutual value and growth.
• Develop and implement the overall partner success strategy in line with the company's objectives and business goals.
• Establish strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Lead sales efforts for large opportunities.
• Implement training plans and conduct training on sales skills, forecasting, Meddpicc, etc.
• Measure partner performance and KPIs to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
• Provide regular reports to senior leadership on partner success metrics, team performance, and overall progress.
• Share feedback and insights with the product and marketing teams to influence future product development and marketing strategies.

Within 1 month, you will:

• Get acquainted with our partners, teams, and current strategies
• Begin to mentor and guide the Sales and Partner Success team
• Start developing the overall partner success strategy in line with the company's objectives and business goals

Within 3 months, you will:

• Establish strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Lead sales for large opportunities.
• Implement training plans and conduct training on sales skills, forecasting, Meddpicc, etc
• Implement methods to measure partner performance and KPIs.

Within 6 months, you will:

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Evaluate and monitor partner performance and KPIs.
• Develop and present regular reports to senior leadership on partner success metrics, team performance, and overall progress toward the companies' goals.
• Share feedback and insights with the product and marketing teams to influence future product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Director of Sales, Director of Partner Success, Channel Account Manager, or a similar partner-facing role at a growing company.
• Proven experience in Managed Services and Cybersecurity from another growing company.
• Strong understanding of partner management principles, best practices, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, partner management platforms, and business intelligence tools (We use HubSpot, and PowerBI).
• A results-driven mindset, being self-motivated, and possessing excellent organizational skills will enable you to meet and exceed sales targets.
