Title: Agile Coach with 8+ Years (Platform and Product Team Coaches)

Location: : Houston, TX (Hybrid work model: In-office 3 days a week)

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Agile Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess deep expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks, excellent coaching skills, and a proven track record of guiding teams through successful Agile transformations. Our coaches will work closely with various teams to foster an Agile mindset, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the successful implementation of Agile practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach with expertise in various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and SAFe Framework.
• Familiarity with Agile tools and software (e.g., ADO, Jira, Confluence).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage Agile coaching engagements.
• Work with leadership and C-suite executives to align Agile initiatives with business goals.
• Strong understanding of Agile transformation principles and practices.
