🖥️ Position: IT Business Analyst
📍 Location: Remote (Must be based in Greece and eligible for hiring by a Greek entity)

Responsibilities:

• 📋 Gathering and analyzing business requirements to inform project scope and objectives.
• 🤝 Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize user stories and use cases.
• 📝 Facilitating workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
• 📚 Creating and maintaining documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.

Requirements

• A Degree in business, economics, or information technology
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in EU Projects
• Proven experience working on Agile projects
• Strong proficiency in creating and managing use cases
• Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) / BPM tools

Nice to have:

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of industry-standard business analysis methodologies.
• Certification in business analysis or Agile practices
