- Work closely with the UX Designers and Front-End Engineers to maintain our comprehensive design system across the different business areas.
- Collaborate with Engineers to ensure consistency across both design and development libraries.
- Design and maintain components, patterns, and design standards to ensure consistency and usability across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX Design, Product, and Engineering, to ensure that the design system supports their needs.
- Lead workshops to gather design system requirements and prioritise needs.
- Conduct regular design system audits to ensure that the system is up-to-date, accurate, and effective.
- Design, prototype, and document interaction patterns that will be easily understood by designers, engineers and other stakeholders.
- Create and maintain design system documentation, including guidelines, design principles, and component libraries.
