Billing & Supply Executive

How will I spend my time in this role?

• Ensure industry flows and processes are completed in accordance with set KPI's;
• Ensure customer are billed accurately;
• Support the Industry Operations Team in achieving collaborative goals to improve KPI's;
• Maintain accurate and complete billing records and documentation;
• Analyse billing data to identify billing issues and trends;
• Investigate billing discrepancies and work with other departments to resolve issues;
• Recommend process improvements to ensure accurate and timely invoicing;
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to encourage wok is always completed within SLA's.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

• You should have experience working in an office environment;
• Worked with computers and can demonstrate a strong level of computer literacy;
• Work experience in similar position previously with transferable skill;
• Acute eye for detail ensuring all work is performed with the highest levels of accuracy and all required forms of due diligence are upheld.

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
