Powtoon is a leading DIY video creation platform with a robust user base of over 40 million and a presence in every major Fortune 500 company. We are expanding our team to support our B2C SaaS platform, 'Impact,' and are launching 'Powtoon Imagine,' a new suite of AI tools. Our goal is to drive Powtoon’s growth to new heights through innovative marketing strategies and user acquisition efforts.
We are looking for a Full Stack Marketing Manager with a specialization in user acquisition to join our marketing team. This role requires a data-driven, strategic thinker who can manage and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, optimize user acquisition channels, and drive growth across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy to supplement Powtoon’s existing traffic engines.
- Optimize existing user acquisition channels (PPC, SEM, social media) and evaluate new channels and tools.
- Analyze, package, and optimize the user funnel based on data insights, market research, and user needs.
- Identify and implement new tests and strategies to uncover growth opportunities and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with creative, product, and development teams to align marketing strategies with product evolution.
- Mentor and lead a team of marketing specialists.
- Own campaign execution end-to-end, including creative and copy development, setup, nurture flows, tracking, optimization, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
- Influence and develop a broad range of marketing programs that address the buying cycle, including digital campaigns, webinars, direct mail, and social media.
- Monitor website analytics and drive ongoing optimization to reach new audiences and niches.
- Identify and optimize onboarding funnels to improve conversion from free users to paying customers across target segments.
Requirements
- Native English speaker - Must.
- 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in growing paid acquisition efforts with large budgets at scale.
- Hands-on PPC experience - a must.
- Strong understanding of all marketing channels: PPC, SEM, Google, social media (paid and owned).
- Experience building data-driven marketing funnels and integrated campaigns using marketing automation tools.
- Robust data analysis skills and experience with analytics tools.
- Ability to drive actionable insights and communicate results to management in a clear, executive summary format.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday and Notion (advantage).
- Passionate about copywriting and content creation.
