Requirements

What will you do?

  • Generating leads and recruiting new customers
  • Qualifying and onboarding new customers
  • Building up great business relationships with our customers
  • Winning back lost or non-active customers (your sales skills and the trust factor will be crucial)
  • Promotional calls with the goal of introducing products and services, proposing interesting cars, offering discounts
  • Online demos with customers or churned buyers
  • Occasionally visiting customer visits or attending events

  • You are a driven, enthusiastic and communicative person with a commercial spirit
  • You are goal oriented and enjoy supporting your customers
  • You are a team player that likes to work in an international environment
  • You are computer literate, you have good knowledge of MS Office and you know how to use CRM programs (Salesforce is a plus) or you are open to learn
  • You have a first experience in a similar position or you are a highly motivated fresh graduate
  • You are fluent in English and Portuguese. If you speak any of the following languages, it will be a big advantage: French, Dutch, German, Romanian, Hungarian or Spanish
  • You are open to come to the office at least 3 times per week
