Senior Business Analyst

SoHo Dragon is hiring a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with following skillsets which including responding to incidents, identifying problems, Understanding of commercial banking product , and Knowledge of SQL. Candidates should be able to demonstrate authentic passion and be excellent communicators.

• 7+ years of experience as a BA/FA.

• Must have Understanding of commercial banking and preferably Loan IQ Product ( or any commercial Lending solution)

• Gather and document business requirements from business stakeholders and coordinate with vendor team.

• Conduct detailed analysis of vendor product and identify areas for improvement based on business needs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and key results.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows, requirements specifications, user stories and data dictionaries

• Working knowledge of SQL programming.

• Hands on experience on JIRA , Confluence
