The OPPORTUNITY

As a Product Manager at LJI , you will define the strategy, roadmap and features for our product or product line based on customer needs . You will be responsible for end to end product management and provide the expertise needed to lead and make strategic product decisions. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication, analytical and leadership skills.

What will YOU do:

• Execute all product lifecycle process including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.

• Develop detailed requirements for prototype and final product development by engineering teams in accordance with product strategy.

• Manage release timelines across multiple product modules by developing, implementing, and maintaining them.

• Prepare product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and return on investment.

• Work closely with UX designers, engineers, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, quality assurance, and release of products to ensure the success of the organization as a whole.

• Innovate and end-to-end launch products.

• Develop, own, and execute a product roadmap.

• Are an MBA with majors in Marketing(preferred) with a degree in Engineering and/or have prior experience in an IT industry.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Have a passion for Customer Engagement, Loyalty, and Digital Marketing domain.

• Possess excellent spoken and written communication skills and love making high-impact, persuasive business presentations.

• Are ‘driven’ to solve client issues and deliver compelling value to maximize their success.

A Big +

• Graduation in Computer Science.

• Interest/skills in Copywriting/Technical writing, Creative Thinking/Art.

• Skills(or sound awareness) in Open Source technologies, understanding of the emerging technologies Machine Learning/AI, Big Data, Blockchain, and Cloud Infrastructure like Amazon EC2.
