As our new Student Worker, you will have the opportunity to support our policy team with the full cycle of the new business acquisition and learn all about EU public procurement.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Update and maintenance of our project references database;
• Support with creation and maintenance of the external experts database (including follow-up with experts);
• Administrative support to tenders and projects;
• Support to opportunity management and follow-up (incl. updates to the market surveillance tool; ad-hoc contacts with partners; etc)
• Support to office management (e.g. welcome package for new joiners; ordering materials; etc.)
