- Lead Wolt’s ‘fast-moving’ hiring areas, building and executing on the talent acquisition strategy for all Sales hiring functions (primarily supporting our Merchant business), Expansion country hiring (all role types, up to and including country General Managers)), Wolt Market (store) hiring and High-Volume Hiring (thousands of hourly grocery and customer support associates annually).
- Lead a team of 30+, with around 4-5 directs, including being a leader of leaders. Guide the short-term priorities as well as long-term vision and mission and your team’s career development, learning and engagement.
- Focus on acquiring top diverse talent to meet our current and future hiring needs, via a clear DEI roadmap
- Build scalable, operational excellence improvements to deliver evergreen talent for Wolt’s highest volume and fastest moving needs, including critical revenue-generating roles across 28+ countries. Tailor strategies and processes to individual market nuances, cultural, legal and other differentiating factors that create recruiting complexity and require careful navigation or ‘out-of-the-box’ approaches.
