Operations Associate

RYZ is looking for a Travel Operation Associate who will be in charge of coordinating and managing the operations of a travel startup.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering a world-class, premium travel service experience to our customers to ensure all customer support needs are correctly prioritized, serviced, and continuously assessed according to protocol and service agreement guidelines and standards. You will drive the strategy of our programs and processes to innovate and ensure an exceptional and seamless traveler support experience occurs.

Basic Qualifications:

- Reside in Buenos Aires or surrounding areas.

-English proficiency

-Travel operations experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

- Strong organizational skills enable them to manage timelines, monitor progress, and adapt to changes proactively. (strong attention to detail, and good follow-through.)

- Strong sense of urgency and commitment.

- Availability to travel
