Job Description

The Manager I, Payroll is responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of payroll processes and completing payroll calculations. This position is responsible for leading a country team in evaluating, analysing, and administering payroll programs, while ensuring payroll is successfully processed with speed, accuracy, and in compliance with service and performance objectives.

• Responsible for leadership, development, implementation, and execution of country/regional payroll processes to ensure consistent and accurate payroll in compliance with local payroll practices, authoritative controls, government regulations, statutory regulations, internal procedures, Audits and SOX controls to drive execution of an effective short-term strategy
• Calculates & approves all final payroll calculations, reconcile payroll registers and track trends, identify incomplete data and/or disbursement related issues; ensures proper funding and account reconciliation on all final payroll process
• Establishes processes, expectations and oversight, with strong stakeholder management, driving efficiencies and improvement
