ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, Del Monte Hellas Single Member S.A., a company operating in food processing and manufacturing industry, is in search of a Managing Director.

📌 Location: Larissa, Greece
🖋️ Reporting: Vice President, Manufacturing Foods-Europe & Africa

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for DM Greece P&L: Develop and manage company budgets to ensure financial profitability. Provide regular forecast updates
• Direct operations and monitor closely the KPIs to deliver the agreed pack plan at the best possible cost. Develop and manage Company investment and determine improvement/replacement budgets to ensure financial profitability
• Handle and initiate all Capex together with corporate purchasing
• Create staff awareness and involvement in cost saving initiatives. Consolidate a strong management team, technically knowledgeable, committed, eager, and motivated, as part of DMH’s succession planning
• Create and stimulate employee efficiency improvement programs resulting in better performance of the operations. Ensure that raw material sourcing is properly and timely done with respect of Company quality requirements
