As a Shipping Specialist, what are you going to do?

• Planning the logistics interface with Requirements of Project Deliverables;
• Sales order execution and preparation of all transport documentation (for national and international transport);
• Request for quotations and award of transport services;
• Billing Controls of Logistics Outsourcing and Transport operations;
• Basic notions of Customs, International Trade, Letters of Credits and international Standards of Transport Operations;
• Execution of the expedition map (daily and weekly);
• Ensure compliance with safety standards established for the area;

What are the skills and professional experience we’re expecting from you?

• Degree in Engineering or Management;
• 2 to 5 years of experience;
• Acknowledge of incoterms - legislation;
• Proactivity;
• Autonomy;
• Analytical thinking;
• Team-work;
• Good level of English;
• Working under pressure;
• Time Management;
