We are seeking a talented and experienced Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team and drive our presence and sales on the Amazon platform. Primarily: Amazon.com, BestBuy.com and Walmart.com.

Job Summary:

As an Amazon Account Manager at Nixplay, you will be responsible for driving sales to maximize profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, develop, and implement strategies, and stay updated on Amazon policies and trends to ensure our success on the platform.

This position will report to the Head of Marketing & Sales, who reports to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of our Amazon 1P & 3P, Bestbuy.com, Walmart.com and eBay.com.

  2. Sales Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings, and drive traffic to our Amazon listings.

  3. Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leaders to develop accurate sales forecasts, track progress against targets, and make adjustments as needed.

  4. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels to ensure products are consistently in stock and available for customers.

  5. Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify opportunities and threats, adjust strategies accordingly, and stay ahead of the competition.

  6. Pricing Strategy: Implement pricing strategies that balance competitiveness, profitability, and market trends.

  7. Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize product listings, including images, titles, descriptions, and keywords, to enhance discoverability and conversion rates.

  8. Customer Service: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

  9. Advertising and Promotions: Manage Amazon advertising campaigns in partnership with our advertising agency partners as well as promotions, and sponsored product listings to increase visibility and sales.

  10. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and other key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve performance.

  11. Policy Compliance: Stay informed about Amazon's policies and guidelines and ensure that our account(s) and product listings are in compliance.

  12. Manage Sales Support team in the Philippines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • At least 5 years of work experience with proven experience in Amazon account management and e-commerce.

  • Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and other relevant tools.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales and profitability goals.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising is a plus.
