- Create innovative and interactive learning experiences using instructional design principles, catering to various learning styles and preferences.
- Design, develop and deploy blended learning experiences across multiple platforms including: e-learning modules, videos, simulations, multimedia content, face to face development and community led learning interventions
- Source, curate and target internal and external learning content, evaluating its quality, relevance, and effectiveness for integration into the organisation's training programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning content
- Act as the learning design subject matter expert consulting with leaders and business areas to recommend and contribute to βbest-fitβ solutions
- Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external subject matter experts, vendors, and partners to expand the scope and quality of learning content.
Requirements
- Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development, with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
- Expertise in both digital learning design tools (particularly Articulate Storyline and Rise) and learning management systems. Experience working with Moodle will be particularly beneficial
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset, able to align learning initiatives with organisational goals.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
