The Ads Demand team is dedicated to revolutionizing the advertiser experience by creating and refining self-serve tools across planning, campaign management and demand optimization. Our goal is to empower major e-commerce giants and other high-profile clients with cutting-edge ad solutions that drive performance and deliver exceptional user experiences.

As the AVP - Ads Demands, you will be at the forefront of shaping our ad demand strategy. This executive role demands a visionary leader with a deep understanding of UX and ad tech to lead the development of self-serve ad tools. You will oversee a talented team and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet and exceed the expectations of large-scale advertisers. Your strategic acumen and operational expertise will be critical in driving the success of our ad products.

What will you do?

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the long-term strategy for our ad demand solutions, focusing on enhancing self-serve capabilities and optimizing the advertiser experience. Develop and execute a roadmap that aligns with the needs of top-tier e-commerce clients and industry trends
  • Product Innovation: Lead the creation of innovative ad tools and features that set industry standards. Ensure these tools offer a superior UX and address the complex needs of large advertisers. Stay abreast of industry advancements to continually elevate our product offerings
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, product managers, and other key stakeholders to bring ad tools from concept to market. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and align with senior business leaders, clients, and industry partners. Advocate for user-centric design improvements and ensure that the tools deliver measurable business value
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize advanced analytics and performance metrics to track the success of ad tools. Generate actionable insights to refine product features and drive continuous improvement
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional ad solutions. Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making
  • Market Expertise: Leverage deep industry knowledge to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Position our ad tools as the best-in-class solutions in the market, and drive strategic initiatives that capitalize on market dynamics

Who should apply for it?

  • Candidates with a robust background in ad tech, UX, and data, particularly those with substantial experience in developing self-serve ad tools for large-scale advertisers
  • Experienced professionals with a minimum of 5 years in senior roles related to advertising technology, UX, and B2B solutions, ideally from notable companies such as Glance, InMobi, or Instamart
  • Proven strategic thinker with a strong ability to articulate product visions, prioritize development efforts, and make data-driven decisions
  • Passionate leader with a track record of driving innovation and delivering high-impact ad solutions that enhance advertiser experiences and generate significant business value
