What will you do?

  • Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic content plans that align with company goals and resonate with target audiences. Collaborate with the content creation team to plan, schedule, and produce engaging video content for YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine and enhance content strategies
  • Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) including watch time, engagement, and subscriber growth. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to optimize content strategies. Create and maintain dashboards and reports for senior management to track progress and return on investment (ROI)
  • Audience Growth and Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to boost audience watch time, retention, and engagement across digital platforms. Engage with the community and respond to feedback to build and maintain a loyal audience base. Experiment with different content formats and posting schedules to maximize reach and engagement
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive content delivery. Liaise with platform representatives to stay updated on best practices and new features
  • Optimization and Testing: Conduct A/B testing on content to identify what resonates best with the audience. Optimize video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and tags for improved discoverability. Stay informed about platform algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly

Who should apply for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in digital content planning and analytics, specifically on YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of growing watch time and engagement on digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as YouTube Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Snapchat Analytics.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and video editing tools.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and paid promotion strategies.
  • Certification in digital marketing or related fields.
