Process and Methodology Specialist

For our Client from automotive industry we are looking for Process and Methodology Specialist 🔹

We are looking for a highly experienced person within the fields of Machining (Metal cutting processes e.g., milling, deburring.)

✔️Main tasks:

• Guide and lead the Supplier, Process & Product requirements, standards/specifications, and tolerances (reading technical drawings.
• Guide and lead the Supplier NC/robot programming, fixturing and selection of tooling concept.
• Quality assurance of process and product.
• You will work in close cooperation with our Global specialists located in Gothenburg.
• Assist as technical expert on virtual analysis matters.
• Structural technical problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.

✔️Competence Requirements:

• Previous experience in mechanical engineering and metal cutting processes e.g., milling, deburring.
• Basic understanding of the entire chain in the machining process from drawing to finished product.
• Product requirements, standards/specifications, and tolerances (reading technical drawings).
• NC/robot programming, fixturing and selection of tooling concept.
• Quality assurance of process and product.
• Earlier experience within automotive is meritorious.
• Siemens Teamcenter is meritorious.
• Takes initiative and enjoys learning new skills.
• High level of communication skill and presentation techniq
