We’re looking for a target driven and strategic Business Development Executive to join our Recruitment Service Team, to expand our business not only in Vietnam but to South East Asia (Non Glints BU). You will be the front of Glints and help us to grow our client base. The goal is to drive sustainable growth through outreach and forge strong relationships with clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop a business development strategy focused on the Vietnamese/Regional market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and Corporate/SMEs companies (Who need headhunt agency to support their manpower recruitment)
  • Proactively search for potential customers using various data sources, including cold data, personal networks, event channels, and partner channels.
  • Negotiate high-stakes contracts leading to the closure of complex deals.
  • Achieve KPIs for sales revenue, number of contracts, number of job orders, and more.
  • Build relationships with businesses and expand networks with leaders and C-level executives to attract new customers.

Who We Are Looking For

  • From 1 to 5 years as an experienced BD/Sales person with a proven track record in sales
  • Good command of English
  • Basic understanding of recruitment/headhunt service
  • Big interest in Tech industry (Healthcare/Manufacturing,...) and ambition to learn/deeply understand about the labour market
  • Good attitude: aggressive, proactive and resilient in sales
  • Sharp BD skill sets: ability to close complex deals and develop relationships with decision-makers (Manager/C-levels) to attract new customers.
