Retail Business Partner

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Retail Business Partner (RBP) to join our Retail Sales team.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a territory within the Retail network, maintaining strong relationships with existing agents and pub TAB stakeholders. Our primary focus within the sales team is to enable and inspire our network to deliver consistently high levels of service and an immersive experience for our TAB consumers.

Duties of the role include the following but not limited to:

• Manage an assigned territory including selected Regional WA areas
• Complete regular agency visits to achieve visitation targets
• Complete in venue compliance checks and report non-compliance incidences to Retail Compliance Partner
• Develop and implement a territory action plan to support the Wagering Strategy & Retail objectives based on performance analysis, industry regulations and opportunities in the network
• In conjunction with the Agent/s develop individual agency business plans
• Regularly measure the progress and achievement of initiatives from the agents business plan
