In this role you will be responsible for developing paid social targeting strategies, setting up and managing campaigns, and optimizing performance to meet or exceed predetermined benchmarks. You will be advertising to a wide variety of audiences, so the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability hypothesis, research, test and optimize various targeting strategies to effectively reach our client’s target audience. The ability to analyze data and draw meaningful, actionable insights will be important in this role.

Would you like to...

  • Be the social media expert during the media planning process for our existing and prospective clients. This will include selecting and prioritizing which social media platforms should be incorporated onto a media plan based on your research into items such as audience data, reach and frequency, targeting capabilities, creative and messaging, campaign objectives.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across popular social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Hypothesize, research, test and optimize paid social targeting strategies for a wide variety of audiences.
  • Implement campaign management best practices including, but not limited to, account structures, naming conventions, UTM tracking, A/B testing, etc.
  • Pull large datasets, categorize data, and input into centralize database, as well as write and present meaningful, actionable performance insights to the client.
  • Work with the larger marketing team and strategy to support brand-wide initiatives, improve publishing cadence and carry-out efforts to measure the impact of content throughout the marketing lifecycle.
  • Work with design team to ideate and produce compelling content, providing feedback where necessary.
  • Stay informed of the latest trends and tools in social marketing to increase brand visibility.

We would like you to have...

  • 4-5 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand through paid tactics, preferably within an agency environment
  • Passion about social media; up to date on trends, best practices, and best-in-class campaigns excelling across social
  • Success managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong willingness to collaborate and engage cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated ability to think quickly, ask smart questions, and make recommendations in stakeholder meetings
  • Agency experience is a plus

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $90,000

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidate’s range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
