Accounting Shared Services Specialist

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• You are responsible for posting banks and incoming invoices
• Checking the plausibility of expense accounts
• Managing and monitoring the sub-ledger and general ledger accounts
• Processing accounting-specific tasks and providing input for the preparation of month-end closings
• Processing and archiving general accounting correspondence

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• Completed commercial education or a comparable qualification
• 4 years of relevant professional experience in the field of accounting
• Confident handling of MS Office programs
• Confident handling of modern IT systems
• Experience with accounting software, preferably experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (NAVISION, Business Central)
• Ability to work in a team, self-motivation and quick comprehension skills
• Fluent written and spoken German skills
• Good knowledge of English
