HR Business Partner

Your Focus:

• Strategic Partnership:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational success.
  • Build deep understanding of organization and uncover root causes to be able to tackle underlying issues.
  • Contribute to the overall people strategy and own a key pillar of the employee life cycle to drive across organisation
  • Lead workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Drive best practices in people processes and people leadership across assigned area.
• Talent Acquisition:
  • Lead recruitment efforts, from defining job requirements to onboarding, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
  • Build relationships with external partners, including universities and agencies, to attract top talent.
• Performance Management & Development:
  • Support managers through the performance management cycle, including evaluations and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with learning and development to design training programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Employee Relations & Compliance:
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, resolve employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data protection practices are followed.
• HR Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze HR data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Prepare reports on key HR metrics, tracking progress toward goals and optimizing HR processes.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.

• Proven experience as an HRBP, ideally in banking, fintech, or financial services

• Strong ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive key initiatives.

• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis, with a focus on actionable insights.
