Regional Transport Operations Manager

Key responsibilities include:

• Optimize and execute all transport activities related to OTC/RTC shipments- and production forecasts
• Ensure a cost- and environmentally efficient transport
• Transport Budget/Forecast & KPI owner, responsible for monitoring and executing
• Execute all transport improvements and projects
• Structure and follow up and all SOP´s
• Contract management by initiating RFP´s based on contract terms and conditions
• Carrier relations by setting a follow up- and meeting structure to ensure that carrier KPIs are followed
• Drive and promote synergies between retail and online flows
• Set/ follow up on local transport activities to support reg./global OKR’s
• Set clear and defined professional development goals for each team member
• Act as the main speaking partner to Merch, Supply and Sales Teams
