About The Role

As a Product Manager within our Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction and product development efforts. This dynamic position requires you to engage in various aspects of product management, including technical development, content strategy, go-to-market planning, and competitive analysis. You will have direct interactions with customers to understand their needs and ensure our offerings consistently deliver value.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary advocate for our products, promoting technical innovations both internally and externally.
• Develop and implement technical content and strategies for launching and positioning new and existing products.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership and other stakeholders to align on strategic goals and prioritize development efforts.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure our products continue to lead the market.
• Define success criteria for new product developments and ensure they deliver measurable value to both the business and customers.
• Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and create technical playbooks to support the sales team.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to guide product innovation and development.

What We Are Looking For

• Study in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes, and work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Hands-on experience with current networking technologies and protocols, such as Ethernet, IP, routing, firewalls, and related systems.
• Familiarity with API development and integration into broader platforms and products.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with peers and senior leadership. Capable of gathering requirements, explaining technical concepts, problem-solving, and driving towards effective solutions.
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to navigate ambiguity, assess risks, and leverage the right resources to achieve goals.

$120,000 - $160,000 a year
