Job Description

Location: Remote, EMEA

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Account Director to lead our client relations, manage responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and oversee contract renewals within EMEA. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills in a matrix organization, a proven track record in account management, and the ability to solve problems creatively and at pace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relations:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services/products.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• RFP/RFQ/RFI Management:
  • Lead the development and submission of high-quality RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to gather necessary information and insights.
