Job Description

1. Conduct preparation related to Business Development Program activities
2. Implement timetable and ensure effective time completion for Business Development program activities
3. Maintain corporate relations related to Business Development
4. Gather information of prospective company, entrepreneurs and other parties
5. Conduct effective communication using various media
6. Maintain and update clients and related partners database
7. Provide support and participate in Business Development events
8. Conduct arrangement of related Business Development program and activities (e.g., event information, invitation, client meetings)
9. Record, maintain and update data and related documents for Business Development activities (internal and external)
10. Provide data for financial projections and investment proposal
11. Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Educations/Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester)

Work Exposure/Experience:

• No Working Experience
