We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Property Data Administrator to join our team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our property, lease, client, and supplier data. You will play a key role in data management, cleansing, and continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately maintain property, lease, client, and supplier data.
  • Review and transpose new leases and lease amendments into our system of record.
  • Capture and record unit/demise creation and amendments.
  • Create and maintain client and supplier records.
  • Compare existing lease data with original documents to identify and rectify variances.
  • Collaborate with Property Managers to analyze and correct data errors.
  • Organize and transform information for analysis and presentation.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements.
  • Ensure workflows are updated and tasks are completed within assigned service levels.
  • Work with colleagues to introduce automation and improve data management processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a property data management role supporting real estate teams.
  • Experience with property management systems such as MRI Horizon, Yardi, Qube, or Trace.
  • Familiarity with commercial and/or residential property and lease types.
  • Proven track record in a process-controlled environment, supporting continuous improvement and new process implementation.

  • Strong data entry, analytics, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and collaborative working abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple leases simultaneously and track progress.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of the links between data fields, reporting, and financial outputs.
  • Positive approach to challenges, with a solution-oriented mindset.
