Retail Lending Business Tribe Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing the tribe's mission in alignment with our bank and retail business strategy. The role involves managing unsecured credit products, ensuring compliance with profitability and regulatory goals, and driving innovation in customer experience across all channels. The candidate will oversee tribe operations, manage team dynamics using Agile methodologies, and ensure quality management and synchronization with stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities:

Mission and Strategy

  • Develop the Tribe's mission and strategic vision in alignment with the bank and retail business strategy
  • Ensure the definition and achievement of the Tribe's short-term and long-term business goals
  • Ensure Tribe goals and results are in sync with the Director of Retail Business and related parties as part of quarterly planning
  • Cascade Tribe goals and strategy to Tribe teams with appropriate communication and team support

Product development and management

  • To ensure compliance of the profitability of the product with the goals defined by the bank
  • Manage unsecured credit products, from ideation to product launch and further optimization
  • Focus on creating the best experience for customers across digital, physical and remote channels
  • Work with Product Owners to ensure products are tailored to customer needs and create the best experience for customers and employees
  • Cooperate with other Tribes and directions as needed
  • To identify emerging trends and innovations in the market and to effectively introduce and implement innovative approaches."
  • Ensure compliance of credit products and processes with legislation and internal regulations of the bank

Quality Management

  • Ensure quality management, both in terms of service and systems stability
  • Assist knowledge centers in developing and implementing relevant standards within the Tribe

Tribe Operational Activity

  • β€’To assist teams in accurately prioritizing and structuring the backlog in alignment with the bank's and Tribe's priorities; ensure effective synchronization between teams and external stakeholders
  • To ensure transparency of Tribe activities and clarity of processes for all related parties
  • Manage Tribe attitudes through synchronization and appropriate communication, escalating in a timely manner when necessary
  • Ensure appropriate legal and result-oriented cooperation with vendors and other partners
  • Provide timely feedback and evaluation of each team's performance
  • Manage the Tribe budget, both in terms of expenses and income

Tribe Team Management

  • Manage teams composed of different competencies and roles (service experts, developers, data analysts, ..)
  • Create an environment for teams where they can get the best results with maximum efficiency.
  • To timely identify the necessary resources, plan and participate in the selection process of employees in accordance with the existing processes in the bank.
  • to evaluate the team members and determine the appropriate development plan.
  • Take care of the motivation and satisfaction of team members.
  • To ensure management of teams and processes considering Agile approaches and values.

Requirements

  • Working experience in the banking field min. 5 years
  • Excellent Knowledge of banking products
  • Experience of working in a high-level managerial position, min. 2 years
  • Experience in managing strategic and complex projects. Experience in implementing and/or managing IT projects will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills, other language knowledge will be considered an advantage
