The Role

To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a Collections Executive to join our collections department. You will be responsible for promoting and sustaining a constructive, supportive and professional working relationship with all customers and colleagues. Being one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses globally we are looking for exceptionally talented and self-motivated person who has a desire to build a career within the Company.

Requirements

• To provide a first-class service relating to the resolution of any non/under-paying customers
• Contributing to proactive telephone/email campaigns in order to achieve weekly collections.
• Referring to contractual loan agreements to ensure prompt repayment terms.
• Data input, accurately inputting data across multiple systems.
• Deal with ad hoc queries from clients / merchants such as resolving queries regarding payments.

Essential

• Fluent in English and German.
• At least one year’s experience with Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Credit Control ledger maintenance.

• Be highly reliable, organised and adaptable.
• Have excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong work ethic and can do attitude.

Salary: £29,000 - 31,000 + 25% quarterly bonus
