Marie Claire is hiring a Senior Editor! In this role, you’ll lead our coverage of the English royal family, along with general celebrity coverage, with an emphasis on the former. Working closely with our Digital Director, our audience team, and our social team, you’ll select, write, and publish stories each day designed to drive readership to our Royals and Celebrity verticals.

What you'll be doing...

• Identifying figures and trends within the royal and celebrity spheres that interest Marie Claire readers; experimenting with and ideating on coverage of those figures and trends
• Writing 5+ news stories each day, working closely with Digital Director to maximize audience engagement
• Contributing royal and celebrity-related features as needed
• Utilizing contacts and a robust freelance network to commission stories as needed
