Principal Program Manager

We’re looking for Principal Program Manager, Strategic Programs to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. We’re a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security and business systems.

In this role, you will spearhead the successful implementation of Procore’s most critical programs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders, and clients. This multifaceted role requires a blend of technical acumen and experience as well as business savviness. You will have demonstrated a track record of building and leading technology products to market. Your experience engaging with external clients, partners, and executive leadership will be essential as you navigate complex relationships with diplomacy, translating technical concepts into accessible terms.
