Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Chester
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Our Client is looking for an Executive Assistant, in which you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Senior team. The successful candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a high level of discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internal and external, ensuring efficient use of executives' time
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Conduct research and compile data to support executives in decision-making processes
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, expense tracking, and budget management
- Assist with simple IT queries and liaise with the IT Helpdesk team
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities
- Previous experience in supporting C-level executives is highly desirable
- Background or knowledge of the Agriculture industry is desirable
